Terms and License

These terms apply to the ACE MATH website and to the study guides sold under the ACE MATH name. By using the site or a guide, you agree to them.

Free material
The lessons on this site and the free trigonometry formula sheet are free for your personal study. You are welcome to share links to them. Please don’t copy them to another website, sell them or present them as your own.
Buying a guide
The guides are sold on Etsy. Purchase, payment and delivery happen there, under Etsy’s Terms of Use and policies. The price you pay is the one Etsy shows at checkout, including any tax Etsy adds. Prices on this site are for information and may briefly differ when a price changes.
Your license
Buying a guide gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may:
- download it to your own devices and keep it there;
- print as many copies as you need for your own study;
- write on it, on paper or on screen.
You may not:
- share, forward, sell or give away the files or printed copies;
- upload them to a website, a shared drive, a file-sharing service or a course platform;
- use them, in whole or in part, to make products of your own.
Teachers and tutors: your personal license covers preparing your own lessons from a guide. To hand copies to students, reach me by email at hello@acemath.store about a class license.
Refunds and faulty files
Because the guides are digital downloads, they can’t be returned once delivered. If a file won’t open, is incomplete or is faulty, reach me by email at hello@acemath.store and I will send a working file or, if that isn’t possible, a refund. Etsy’s own purchase protection may also apply. None of this limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Corrections
The guides are checked with care, but a mistake can still slip through. Corrections are free for everyone who bought the guide.
Accuracy and results
The guides and lessons are study material. They come with no guarantee of particular grades or exam results, and ACE MATH is not affiliated with or endorsed by any school, university or exam board.
Copyright
All text, figures, page layouts and designs on this site and in the guides are © ACE MATH and protected by copyright.
Liability
As far as the law allows, ACE MATH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the guides. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
