Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data the ACE MATH website (acemath.store) collects, why, and what your rights are. The short version: the site has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no advertising, sets no cookies of its own, and never sells or shares your data.

Who is responsible

ACE MATH is run by Jovana Ilin, who is responsible for the personal data described here. Reach me by email at hello@acemath.store.

When you visit the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. This happens on Cloudflare’s servers under Cloudflare’s privacy policy; I do not see or store your IP address. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.

Visitor statistics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no cookies or local storage, builds no profile of you and does not follow you across other websites. I see only totals, such as how many visits a page had and which countries they came from. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in knowing which material is useful.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies. Fonts and formulas are served from this site itself, so no font, script or advertising service is contacted while you read. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it has to check that a visitor is not a bot.

When you contact me

If you write to me by email, Instagram or TikTok, I receive your name, your address or handle and whatever you write, and use them only to reply. I delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed, and at the latest two years after our last exchange.

When you buy on Etsy

The guides are sold on Etsy, which processes your payment and order under its own privacy policy. As the seller, I receive the order details Etsy shares with sellers, such as your name, your Etsy username, your email address and what you bought. I use them only to deliver the order, answer your questions and meet tax and accounting obligations, and keep them as long as those obligations require.

Links to other sites

Links to Etsy, Instagram, TikTok and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Nothing is loaded from them until you click.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to see the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. To use any of these rights, reach me by email at hello@acemath.store. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

The site collects no personal data through its pages. Students under 16 should ask a parent or guardian before sending me personal details.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
